I Did a Boudoir Shoot…

Yes, this photo is from a boudoir shoot.

I’ve thought a lot about sharing some of these, less spicy photos and I’ve decided I want to share. It’s an area of discomfort for me. I’ve been criticized for sharing these in the past and, even writing this, I know there are some that won’t be happy to see it. I’m not upset, I understand, but this is for me.

I’ve worked hard to create a life for myself where my expression is not limited. Where I don’t have to worry about what an employer will think or what people in general will think.

The only thing left, is to stop criticizing myself and accept myself, how I feel and what I want to do. In short - fuck everyone else 😜

So, I wanted to share these photos where I feel like a totally badass woman.

I actually manifested this photo shoot. I am feeling the best in my body that I’ve ever felt and I finally feel sexy so I wanted to capture that.

However, I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford to spend the money on a boudoir shoot with a photographer I felt comfortable with so I just kind of decided it would happen and didn’t put anymore energy into it. Then, one day, I saw a model call for a boudoir model. Now, I’ve never done it before, but I thought I’d throw my name in the hat. Long story short, she ended up picking me the night before the shoot. Now I have these amazing photos where I feel like the beautiful woman I now know myself to be.
